Lost a nut

It seems like cracks are always hungry. Why is that? Don't they get enough to eat? The one at SquareNail is particularly ravenous. Whatch out! It'll gobble up your tool to boot..

I was there when the crack ate the nut and the nut tool. Strangely, there was a plastic rake nearby. We jammed the rake in the crack to try to scrape the goods out. Three of us took turns raking the crack, and we could hear the plastic scraping the metal. Each of us thought "almost, almost!" but eventually gave up the fight when "almost" never panned out.

i managed to find the rake but couldnt find the crack with the nut and tool lodged in it, hope u find it in the future

I understand loosing a nut can be an emotional process :shock: , but how'd you loose your tool :?: , I keep mine on a sling or in my wife's purse ;)
