I love these

Postby Paul » Sat Oct 24, 2009 12:38 pm

I've had these since I was a kid. Too bad I didn't stick with it before I started climbing.....I'm still slacking though! They can be a real bitch to start if you're new to them....but after a while you'll be able to get them going with a flick of your thumb. Some of them also have a provision for an optional tachometer to see how fast it gets going. Be careful though.....they will fly out of your hands if you're not careful! Expensive, but I personally find it well worth it! Plus, it helps a lot to exercise the wrists if you spend all day on a computer like myself at work. Every so often I feel the CTS coming on, spend a few minutes every day with ball for a week and then I'm good to go.

It will work your entire arm! From your grip to your shoulder! I'll bring it with me to the gym or the next time we climb so you can test it out before dropping the cash on one.
